Chopped Fender

Fender is chopped, bondo applied and sanded, metal is all cleaned. Now is primer/paint time!! I ask around for a paint job and I was quoted $200.00 to prime then black paint with clear coat.

The cost of cutting wheel $7.00 for my dremel tool. I took my time and cut in straight line. It was easy. There is a bracket underneath that must be cut out too.

No roll over on edges, I cut clean and I build up the edge with bondo just a bit.

Be sure to weather (tuff coat) underneath the fender.
